Each month that you make your payment on time to Action Loan and Gus Goldsmith, we report that information to the Credit Bureaus. Even though we are a private lender, your mortgage with us appears as a trade line on your credit report, just like any other bank, which it is. Your mortgage with us in no different than a mortgage with any larger financial institution.

Not all private lenders are able to report their accounts. We have a large enough base, and long history with TransUnion, so we are able to do so.

Having your good payments appear on your credit report, as a tradeline with Gus Goldsmith and Action Loan, can increase your credit score dramatically in a short period of time. This will make you eligible for re-finance, better rates, and many other consumer credit services.
